Who We Are

Heimerl Farms is a highly dedicated family run farming operation located 20 minutes northeast of Columbus in Johnstown, Ohio. The Johnstown South location is home to our main office, one of two feed mills, our cattle feed lot, and the home base of our crop division. This location is where we started our swine enterprise many years ago. The feed mill located at Johnstown South is responsible for nearly 60% of our herds’ feed supply. Our secondary mill located in Wabash, OH provides feed for most of the remaining pigs that we finish annually. At our Johnstown North location we receive, scale, test, dry and store roughly 625,000 bushels of corn annually. Although Johnstown provides a home to many aspects of Heimerl Farms Ltd., the farming operation also has many swine facilities located throughout the state. We are most widely known for our Swine operations here in Ohio, however, farming several thousand acres makes Heimerl Farms a vital family-oriented farming operation in the state.
